May 19. Palas de REI to Arzua 19.88 miles, 46,653 steps

20 miles again!! Feeling less busted up after this trek than the last time.  Only 22 miles to Santiago. 2 easy days. 

Right now we've had a good meal and it's all recovery and endorphin high for the evening.

Our conversation centered around the mating habits of slugs and the meaning of redemption. 

I had an interesting dinner last night of mussel pâté. Very tasty.  

The  weather's  looking up for the next few days. Sunshine. Welcome!
